Maddi qualified as an Educational Psychologist (EP) in 2018, she has worked in Derby City and Nottingham City since graduating the Doctoral Programme and as well as carrying out the vast range of duties typical to the role of an EP (listed below) has been involved in and led on local and national projects, such as the ‘Pupil Views’ research, national piloting of the ATTEND program for non-attenders and the Wellbeing Return to Education Project.
