Emma has over 25 years’ experience in education, leadership and school improvement. She has significant experience in maintained school and academy governance, as well as serving as an Interim Executive Board (IEB) member and mentoring others.

Emma oversees the NGA’s Professional Development services, ensuring they respond to the sector’s emerging needs and impact positively upon standards of governance. Her expertise also lies in supporting NGA’s broader membership base and scoping potential projects with new and existing partners.
